2026 Summer Sale Event Return Policy:

At Meermin, we are committed to transparency and clarity, and we wish to reiterate our policies to ensure you are fully informed. As we enter our 2026 Summer Sale Event, running from August 25th through August 28th, 2026, we want to specifically outline our return policy for the event.

Our return policy is designed to offer full transparency and guarantee customer satisfaction. You have a 30 Calendar-day window from the delivery date to return items for an exchange or refund. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following basic conditions:

Product Condition: The product must be in brand-new, unworn, and resalable condition. To prevent scratched soles, kindly try on shoes on a carpeted surface. Any signs of wear, including scratched soles, may render the item ineligible for return.

Packaging: The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent, including all original packaging—Meermin shoe box, dust bag(s), and shipping packaging. Please refrain from using the Meermin shoe box itself as the shipping container.
