Customers located in the European Union, United States, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong:
If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, or Hong Kong, you will not be required to pay import duties or customs fees. Your order will be delivered without any additional charges related to customs clearance. 

Customers located in Canada and Mexico:
For customers in Canada and Mexico, we offer two options for handling import duties and taxes at checkout: 

• Prepaid Duties & Taxes (Full Landed Cost): You can choose to prepay all import duties, taxes, and related charges at checkout. This means your total order cost includes these fees, and no additional payment will be required upon delivery.
• Duties & Taxes Paid Upon Delivery: If you opt to pay only for shipping at checkout, you will be responsible for all import duties, taxes, and any courier-related fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations. If your package is held by customs, additional processing time or courier fees may apply. We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing your order. 

Customers located in any Other Countries:
For customers in countries not listed above, orders are processed excluding taxes. This means import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the purchase price, and you should expect to pay these fees upon delivery based on your country’s customs policies.
